These Terms & Conditions govern all quotes, reservations and services provided by Maybach Majesty (“we”, “us”, “our”), a private chauffeur service based in Castle Rock, Colorado. By requesting a quote, making a reservation or travelling with us, you agree to these terms.
We provide chauffeured transportation in a 2024 Mercedes-Maybach S580, including airport transfers, hourly hire, weddings and special events across the Colorado Front Range. All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Quotes are based on the details you submit, including pickup and drop-off locations, date, time and type of service. A reservation is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us. Please review your confirmation carefully and tell us about any changes as early as possible.
Rates are quoted as flat fees or hourly rates and include the chauffeur, fuel and standard tolls unless stated otherwise. Gratuity, parking and additional wait time may be charged separately. A deposit or card authorisation may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due on completion of service.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are refunded in full, less any processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 50% of the quoted fare, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged in full. Wedding and event bookings may carry separate cancellation terms, which will be stated in your confirmation.
Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual landing time; all other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.
For the safety and comfort of every guest, smoking and illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle. Alcohol may be consumed only by passengers of legal drinking age and where permitted by Colorado law. Seat belts must be worn at all times. Your chauffeur may end a journey without refund if conduct endangers the chauffeur, the vehicle or other road users.
Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during their booking. A cleaning fee may apply where excessive cleaning is required after a journey.
Please check the vehicle before you leave. We will make every reasonable effort to return items left behind, but we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. We are licensed and insured as required for commercial passenger transportation in Colorado.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
